This morning as I head towards the bus stop, the lady in front of me threw her used tissue like nobody cares. Noticing that there were people behind her who saw what she just did and perhaps realizing that she's in Singapore, she immediately picked the litter up and threw it in the nearby waste bin, hehehe. If no one's looking, do you think
she'll take that extra effort to pick it up again and place it to where it should belong? I don't think so. Well, sometimes some people feels obliged to do what's right only when there are people around 'em, agree? :)
